MINISTRY STAFF FOR ELDERLY

Position Overview

​

​The Kingdom Treasures Ministry Staff will work with the Ministry Head to engage the seniors in wholistic, purposeful and fruitful living through promoting active aging and equipping them to ‘finish well’ in the LORD and provide opportunities for seniors to serve in church and the community.

​

Responsibilities

​

• Assist in the planning and conducting of events for seniors.

• Motivate seniors to be active, healthy, interdependent and purposeful.

• Provide pastoral care to the seniors through visitations and prayer.

• Mobilize and equip seniors to reach out to the unreached.

​

Requirements

​

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field with at least 1-3 years of working experience and have served with seniors either in church or with a social service organisation (those with a Theological Degree would be at an advantage).

• Passionate and have a heart for seniors.

• Good knowledge of MS Teams, MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Team player who is dependable, responsible, self-motivated and creative.
